Our entire team, commercial and residential, is taking the following safety measures:
Our plumbers have fully reviewed and follow the COVID - 19 Safety Guidelines set forth by the CDC and WHO. In addition, we have put in place the following procedures:
- Daily health checks of all or our plumbers.
- Frequent washing of hands for a minimum of 20 seconds.
- New gloves worn at every job.
- Maintain a minimum of 6-feet for safe social distancing.
- Face shields and masks worn as needed.
- Sanitization of trucks and tools.
Additionally, our Office Manager will be asking pre-screening questions of our customers for potential symptoms. This is to ensure the health and safety of our plumbers, to keep the next customer's home safe, and to prevent community spread. Mainstream Services is doing everything within our control to assure the health and safety of our plumbers and you, our customers and community.
